Terms & Conditions This offer is applicable to the cities of Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Calcutta from 17/02/2011 to 21/2/2011 Participation is voluntary. Participants need to be Indian citizens and residents, females in the age group of 13 to 25 years. Employees of Hindustan Unilever Limited, the agencies involved in this offer and their families are not entitled to participate in this offer. During this offer, the participant shall have to call [in the case of the Radio Station - Fever] OR SMS [in the case of the Radio stations - Radio city, Hit FM, Radio One and Red FM]. This would be stated by the station in the promotion aired. Once, their number is registered , the station will call them and check their age and gender In all, 4 best singers per station per day will be selected across the stations namely Fever, Radio city, Radio One and Hit FM, over a period of  5 days from [ 17th feb 2011 to 21st Feb 2011]   A competent panel of judges [members of the programming team and Radio Jockeys of each station] will assess the sung jingles and arrive at the 4 winners everyday over a period of 5 days from [ 17th feb 2011 to 21st Feb 2011]. The decision of the programming team and the RJ are final and binding on all concerned. The winners shall be intimated via a phone call from the respective radio stations. They would be entitled to receive a hamper of make up from Elle 18 No communication, either over phone or via SMS will be entertained regarding this offer. All documents of such entries shall then become the exclusive property of Hindustan Unilever Limited. Participation shall be treated as irrevocable consent by the participant whose number has been registered & used only for a verification purpose, incase she becomes a winner by Hindustan Unilever Limited. All rights in the radio space/ stand assigned in the favour of the company without any further deed or act. Hindustan Unilever Limited reserves the right to change / modify / cancel the offer without prior notice. Disputes, if any will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only.
